The most efficient way to order is through the shopping cart at our Web site. Choose the item you want and change quantity if you like and then go to the cart to place the order. You are welcome to telephone your order if you are in the US and would prefer that. Unfortunately, pre-sales questions must be E-mailed due to very limited phone availability. Shipping

US domestic shipping to all 50 states is via USPS. International shipping is via USPS and should be there in 2 to 3 weeks. We provide shipping information to the extent that the Post Office provides it; they are more delivery confirmation numbers than tracking numbers, but they are getting better. We do offer shipping discounts for multiple items however they can't be ordered automatically at this time. Please E-mail us if you want to purchase multiple items and we'll give you a shipping quote and instructions. We try to ship immediately if at all possible, however, sometimes there are delays of a few days depending on how far you are from us or if you are in another country and your customs holds the package.

Payment

We accept credit cards through Google Checkout or Paypal. We gladly accept money orders sent to the address below. We will not accept a bank or wire transfer however, if you have particular requests concerning payment, please contact us, we are glad to hear from you. If security is a concern, you may place your purchase through eBay; you do save by purchasing directly from us online or otherwise, but please use the method you are most comfortable. Checks or money orders must be made out to Lake DeLoach.
